Carved from a rocky hill and designed with warm woods, moody lights, and natural stones, Rü a fine dining restaurant and bar has an old soul vibe and aesthetic from a bygone era. Rü is a craft bar, born out of a desire to back the poetry and romance of drinking, the kind of drinking and merriment that gave rise to many an art form in the olden times. Built on land older than the Himalayas, it evokes a kind of ecstasy that isn’t animated or loud, but rather like the gentle sound of music and joy as people relish the art cuisine. Rü believes that the essence of food lies in its reality and this is what they present here.
